How to use
  1. Freeze the cooling pack fully before you set out.
  2. Load your pens, vials and supplies into the compartments.
  3. Slot the frozen pack into its pocket and zip the case shut.
  4. Carry it as normal - the case holds temperature for the rated window.

Before you buy

How long does the cooling last?

It depends on the model - from around 6 hours on the compact cases up to 24 hours and beyond on Challenger, Jumbo and the electric Jupiter. The rated window is listed in the product description above.

Can I take it on a flight?

Yes. The cases are designed to fly in the cabin, which is where insulin belongs - hold luggage gets far too cold. Carry your prescription with you as usual.

Does it need electricity?

Only the Jupiter is an electric cooler. Every other model runs on frozen biogel packs, so it works through power cuts and long journeys with no socket in sight.

How do I recharge the cooling packs?

Put them back in the freezer. They are reusable indefinitely - freeze them overnight and the case is ready for the next trip.
